Odd organisms in my water?

I have no idea what they are. They look kind of like worms and are maybe 1/4 inch long. They are clearish in the middle with black ends and move in a sort of jerky fashion. When they rest they rest one end on the gravel and then stick straight up vertically. Very strange. Any ideas?

If they have arrow shaped heads, its probably planaria. Otherwise, I'm not really sure what they could be. Planaria and microworms are the only thing I can think of, but I've never seen that behavior in microworms
