Divider Question

So I have a 10 gallon tank and I have Kudo in there right now and nothing else *sigh* I wanted to divide it down the middle and have Spyro and Kudo share it. Is there any way I can make a divider at home? The ones at Big Als are ridiculous, they have holes in them and are extremely flimsy. Any tips or suggestions are more then welcome. Thanks guys.

I use these in all my divided tanks, the plastic mesh is found in the craft section near the knitting supplies, its called cross stitch mesh or crochet mesh. and the report binders are at any office max or office depot :)

I second the craft mesh dividers. Those things are great. I have two divided 10 gal tanks. That's the only way I keep bettas anymore. Both times I made the dividers there was more than enough mesh left over to make a jump guard. It's been used more than once. It has saved my butt (and the butt of my rosetail halfmoon) on numerous times.

If you cant find the mesh look at a Joanne's linens. I have one filter in my 3 way 10 gallon it keeps the water running through the whole tank but I still go in with a net and do house cleaning since I have live plants in each section and I use a gravel vac.

I've actually found that the water flow was better with the craft mesh dividers over what Petsmart sells. You don't need a second filter.
