Proper Care

Does this sound like good care? 80F 10 gallon tank, Betta fish, apple snail, planted pellet daily, freeze dried brine shrimp and Flightless Fruit Flies weekly filtered.

Very good. :) But, what do you mean planted pellets? Or do you mean "... planted, pellet daily..."? And is it cycled? As long as the the live food doesn't have pesticides, it's good to go. :)

Sorry I'm really confused.

Evaporated water? Do you mean water that has been sitting for a few days to get rid of chlorine? And you need to do water changes.
