Introducing fish to each other in tank

So, I have a 5 gallon tank which Pudge resides in. I'm putting the dividers back up for fish #3. No name is currently in a 1 gallon kritter keeper in his cup. I plan on putting him in the 5 gallon in a few hours, but how do I go with this?
Do I just put him in the tank and hope all goes well?

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with him except his few missing rays (he's a crown tail). Also his face is a bit pale, but seeing as how his eyes are large and black, I'm going to assume he was a marble....

But yea, advice?

Yayy, you got a CT!! I would as long as the divider is sturdy..Will it be just him and Pudge? in the same tank..

There isn't really much you can do. Just put who's more aggressive in the tank last. Just in case if he sees you put a male on the other side of his man cave. ;) Lebron has a white face and some blue scales near his dorsal. Even some black ones, picture please? :P
