a 30g tank for $30 on craigslist...I offered $25 and they said yeah! I am going to check it out either today or tomorrow! Hubby was like, "What are you going to do with a 30g tank"?? I said, "More bettas"!! LOL...I can't wait to check it out...wow, so many ideas going through my head!

I thought about a sorority tank too...omgosh, I am way too excited lol! Hubby was like, "..so, your dividing it into three I presume"?..I told him I don't know yet...wow, maybe my first NPT?

Wow cool! If this goes well I'm still staying with three hehe I can't move a 20g tank so what for. cus i though a 20g would house at least 4 Bettas but is just too much. For my back I am happy with the three I got though it does not mean i wish I could own more.

Yeah, I'm wondering how I'm gonna pull off a 30g tank too, but I'm sure I'll think of something! I have 5 bettas now, and two of my males need bigger tanks, but 30g! lol...I'll figure out something for it for sure...maybe even other fish!

30 gallons divided into 5? Lol :D

The only thing with a sorority is you need separate heated tanks to quarantine them for 2 weeks or more :/

LOL Teeney...that was my first thought! I'm second guessing myself on even getting a 30g now, but I'm supposed to pick it up tomorrow, and I hate to pass it up! Two of my bettas are in 1g bowls, and boy would it make a great new home for them. Then I thought, maybe some other fish in a community? I don't know...I really want it, just wondering now if I bit off more than I can chew lol. I'd need to buy all the accessories for it too...hmmmm..I hate second guessing. I figure I can get some really good ideas for it on here though! Now...where am I going to put it lol!

Okay, so I just emailed the lady and told her I'm NOT taking the 30g. So sorry I even posted about it guys. I guess I was just so excited about the size/price, and after thinking it through it's just too much. I'm so impulsive sometimes...I think I'll stick to smaller, more doable tanks for now. Ugh...I feel so dumb lol. I just want what is best for my fish, but I need to be able to get all the stuff to go with a tank that big, and I know I can't afford it. Again, sorry for the post!
