My little girl has clamped fins

I feel bad that I only come in for help

My small female, who is in her own tank because I'm worried the other girls will be too big for her, has recently become clamped. She still seems active and she eats. I only feed her 2 pellets because she's so tiny. I thought maybe she was constipated, so I fasted her a couple days and gave her an epson salt bath. She did poop, but she's still clamped. I changed the water a few times over the past week, but nothing seems different. Should I wait for this to pass, or should I be worried?

Change the water everyday for 14 day's a few times a week for a sick fish is not enough.

How has your betta fish's appearance changed?
How has your betta fish's behavior changed?

Does your fish have any history of being ill?
How old is your fish (approximately)?

What size tank? Is it heated? If she's in anything less than a 5g weekly 100% water changes should be done IMO if 5g or bigger weekly 50% changes need to be done in order to keep your Betta healthy.
