Accidentally restored my ipod?

I plugged my ipod into the computer and was updating the iOS. Well somehow my computer RESTORED the ipod.
So i was like ZOMG Noooooo.. and I turned it on and it says I can used "backup" on itunes to restore..

My main concern is my pictures. I had 500 pictures on there.. and I loved each and every one...

if it doesnt restore those im going to be so sad.

I can't put any more music on mine because it was *paired* with my old computer. I was told I would have to take everything off of my I pod and put all my Cd 's on my laptop and then go through the process of putting it all back on my I pod.

Well it finished and thankfully the back up feature restored EVERYTHING- photos, music, apps, everything :D
