My ramshorn snails arrived today :D I split them between two tanks and they're busy exploring. All alive and healthy. Thank you!

Ooh, I was wondering what that was. The snails were all lined up on it :) I've been meaning to get some fishing line to tie down my microsword to a piece of driftwood so I will try to do the same with the susswassertang.

Yeah I wanted to just plant it but it refuses to stay down, so tied it will be. At least until it puts down some roots :)

I don't know what is with my pebbles then, they must be unusually light. They will not hold down the patch of microsword. Maybe I should break it into smaller bunches? I also just saw a video where someone tied the roots of new plants on a leash of fishing line to a rock, rather than directly on the rock. I could do that possibly.

or you could pin it down with tooth picks. I've done that before with hair grass. I had the tooth pick that were sharp at both ends. I snapped it in half (but still intact) and used it to pin the plant into the gravel
