Question 3 Gallon Aquarium

Hello, I am currently using my friend's account to answer this question while she is cooking in the kitchen. She let me, and since my computer isn't working i cannot join.

My question is I have a 3 gallon tank and if i were to put a cory catfish and a betta in it will any troubles appear? will it kill my boy? thank you.

Corydoras need to live in schools of at least 6 individuals and require a tank of at least 10-15 gallons.

Really aside from shrimp and snails, a 3 gallon is really only big enough for a single betta.
