hmmm .... yes that does look rather hunch back. But IMO it's not severe enough to cause problems so IMO you can breed it. BUT KEEP IN MIND that I might have been lucky and not produce hunchbacks from that kind of form (your betta). But you will get some with poor top line - not equal, bullet shaped body. ..... your choice.
