Water conditioner question

I had been using aquasafe, which was a de-chlorinator and promoted slime coat, and I've recently switched to prime because I have a little ammonia (or ammonium) in my tap water. But should I add a few drops of aquasafe for the slime coat promotion or does prime do that too?

Sorry for the newbie question.

Does Prime mention anything about the slime coat on the label anywhere?

I mean, I myself don't see the harm in using both if it doesn't...
