Question Heater Type

Hi I'm setting up a 10 gallon tank for a female betta sorority
But for now I am going to buy the bettas one at a time
And I am buying a crowntail female tomorrow and I am going to put her in
My 1.5 gallon tank for a week just in case but I don't know what type of heater I will
Use to heat the 1.5 gallon tank
I need to know which heater I should use if I was to get one

Most of your options for heating the 1.5G tank are not good. I don't think they make a ADJUSTABLE heater under 25watts electricity.

You wouldn't happen to have the 1.5G Tetra Wonders kit?

Yes it is but I got it from my uncle who was
A betta breeder he said he must have lost the heater and filter
When he was packing stuff up

I have 2 of those little Tetra tanks now. I would recommend just getting a ADJUSTABLE heater for your 10 gallon. You can remove the tank from the bottom of your tetra wonders base.

You should be able to stick the 1.5 tetra tank inside a 10 gallon tank. Let me go check on that right now.

I'm afraid if I put the tank in the 10 gallon which already holds my
Male Delta tail.He will be getting his 5 gallon in a few weeks.
But I'm afraid if I put the tetra tank in the 10 gallon tank he will jump into her tank
And they will fight

The 1.5G will fit fine inside the 10 gallon. Just don't fill the 10 gallon tank all the way, about 5 gallons would be sufficient. If you put a lid over the top, he can't bust through that.

A betta can jump a few inches, but not much more than that.

What is the best type and size of heater for a female Betta in a 10 gallon tank? And is the heater really needed?
