Torn Fin?

Hi, I recently got a halfmoon double tail betta from Petco. I put him in a 2.5 gal tank that is currently not heated but its at 79 degrees. His top fin is a little torn and I was wondering if there is anyway to treat it? Im guessing the torn fin is from the little castle I put in the tank. But is there anyway to make it heal/grow back faster?

Just keep his water clean and warm and he'll heal up. My crowntail ripped a chunk out of his fin when I first got him, and he's almost completely healed now. It might take a little while to heal, but when it does, you will see the newly healed part is white-ish. That is normal and good. It will regain color eventually, so don't worry.

Don't worry, soon enough he'll be good as new!
