Hi evryone :) My name is Kat and my lil bettas name is Ying Jun (Chinese for Handsome and Elegant) tho we nick name him Nippy :D. I'm not really new to betta keeping, tho it has been several years since I've had one and was in a community tank. This is the first betta that I've kept alone in his own tank. I had forgotten what a joy these fish are and how relaxing it is to watch him. I've had him 3 weeks. He started off in a .09 of a gallon betta cube with overhead led and subgravel filter and just this past week we got him a 3 gallon Aquarius 360 view with undergravel filter and color changing overhead LED light! Yesterday we took out a few of the artifical plants and added a few live ones: Marimo Moss Ball, a Water Wisteria and an Amazon Sword. Needless to say he is really enjoying himself and has been an active fish with great apetite since day one! I really enjoy spoiling him and glad we could give him a great forever home!
