Question TINY BLACK DOTS?! o.O

Why does my Betta have tiny black dots?
I was just feeding my Betta fish tonight, and I noticed looking at his tail that he has minute black spots all over it and his body etc. I'm not sure if this is a disease or what, as I can't remember if I have recalled them before. He is very very active, eats normally etc, and I have a filter, heater etc and everything is right, I feed him daily and he doesn't share a tank with anything else.

most likely natural patterning. if he's acting normal, I'd keep a close eye on it. but I wont actually worry too much

Okay thank you :) I think it might be, I've probably seen it before and thought nothing on it, and saw it last night and got confused lol

My Buddha has spots all over his fins, and Pudge has some on his head. I wouldn't worry :)

Um, he's really really multicolored. His head is black, his body blue, one side of his tail is blue, the other turquoise, the tips are pink, and his frontal fins (the long ones) are red and white tipped :L

he's probably just speckled. my fiance's SDeT Sam has black speckles on his dorsal, and then black stripes on his tail, it's beautiful!
