Are my bettas ok?

I just want to make sure my bettas are ok. I had boutght these girls about 4-5 weeks ago and i noticed that one of my bettas (lets call her fish 1) has a bit of wierd coloring on the base of her anal fin. My other betta (fish 2) does not have this. I was wondering to be safe what are symptoms of velvet and does this look like velvet?

Note: I do know she has this red coloring by her gills but I think it is just natural coloring. Anyways thanks for reading

Looks like normal coloring... cool purple strip!

hew that's a relief. The cool thing is when i got her she was a whole dark blue now her anal fin is growing dark blue, the tail is getting turqouise, and the scales on her body have gotten REALLY light blue.
