particles/sediment floating in the liguid

I have 3 bettas at work. One is in the store cup because i bought it for someone..
I want to change them today. I am using Prime bottle at home which has dropper lid so i usually don't even see the color of the liquid
At work i don't have dropper lid and i am using a spoon . Usually it just clear liquid i think. Today it has particles/sediment floating in the liquid.

Advice please. I want to change my bettas today especially that one in the little cup. I am afraid to use it....

Thank you !

I would go to their web-site and ask...I don't use dechlorinaters and so I can't personally say if that is normal or not for that product.
