Name suggestions

What do I name my twin tail half-moon butterfly boy who flares at me with this "I'm gonna rip your head off" look in his eyes? Tiny little thing, maybe an 1 1/2" if that. Imagine a chihuahua but in fish.

Zower (zowerswopped is an adjective for anger that I found on dictionary.com. I know it's a bit weird!)

By the way, last night we got a new betta that we named Freyja/Freija. I can't remember which way my fiancee wants to spell it. All of the fish and ADFs in our community tank have Norse names.

I may go Nordic or Celtic with this one. My other boy's name is Voldsom, which is Norwegian for fiery. I do like Ira though.

I always look to Finnish for my names, unless something else pops out at me :]

I pick a feature about them that I think makes them unique, and play around to get names like:
- Kiihko = Frenzy (she's crazy)
- Tytto = Girl (She's pink and cute and kick-butt :D )
- Kala = Fish (She's plain and simple and shy, and just a sweet little fish)
- Raketti, aka "Rocketti"= Rocket (She's blue and red with a very long body, and just shoots around everyone else)
- Sininen, aka "Sini"= Blue (She has this gorgeous blue color, that just reflects her serious demeanor)

So for your boy:
Hullu = Crazy
Kovaa = Fast, hard, loud
Vauhdikas = action-packed, fast, speedy, jazzy, racy, humming
Raivo = Rage

I like Kovaa and Raivo the best :]

a few Nordic names to start

Two of our fish are named Odin and Thor and one of our ADFs is named Loki. My fiancee (homegrown terror) loves everything Nordic, so in our community tank all of the fishies and froggies have Norse names.

I like ShadyBird's names a lot more than the ones I suggested! I do think Ira is a cute one.
