You do know how big and how much waste Goldfish produce, right?

You will have to upgrade eventually, or your goldfish will die a painful death. There growth will be stopped untill larger space is provided.

I'm sorry, but I really, really have to disagree with you. Those conditions must just be terrible. What in the world are your water parameters? Eelz212 was keeping two goldfish in a 10 gallon with frequent water changes and the ammonia levels were at .35.

Plus, an oranda grows to be 12+ inches long. In a 10 gallon tank, at full size, he won't even be able to turn around. Allowing a fish to grow in a tiny tank like that means his spine will be bent, his muscles weakened, and if he's later transferred to a larger tank he will not be able to hold himself up and will actually die.

Even if your fish are only 2-3 inches each right now, you've got 12.5 inches of fish in your 10 gallon tank, unsuitable conditions for even the cleanest fish, which goldfish certainly are not. Please seriously reconsider the situation in which you are keeping these fish, and test your water parameters!

Goldfish are not anabantids, so you may want to consider asking a mod to move it for you.

I get the feeling that this post was posted simply to get a reaction, so I don't want to comment too much other than to agree that these are not suitable conditions.
