Oops... overfed again!

Has anyone tried portionin the NLS small fish formula? I usually take a really small pinch. but sometimes that ends up being too much...

I have a tiny little spoon that came with freeze dried bloodworms.

I make sure I give only 4 or 5 at a time.

I feed once a day m w f and twice t th st and fast sn.

I use NLS Betta formula also. I feed my Betta 3 or 4 pellets a day, and fast on Sundays. I've never had any problems.
