Talking New home for the boys and girls.

New 20g tank finally came in today and let me tell you it was a bit bigger than I expected but I finally got everything arranged. Thank goodness my desk is mostly steel, I fear anything less would break under the weight... its already leaning a bit...
I think the only issue I have with this tank is the filter is rated for 30g and is just plain overkill. I've had to put a bit of plastic inside it to stanch the flow and not blow the fish around. Till its perfected I've taken to turning it off at nite.

Blue and Bo seem quiet happy in their new digs and I'm contemplating on doing a second divider to make room for a third betta... have yet to decide as the boys don't seem to know what to do with all the room they have.

Peggy and Marcy are enjoying their own new tank as well and enjoy not having the men around I believe.

Ha, I got if off of drfosterssmith.com they were having a lovely little sale. Included the tank, filter, heater and the tank cover that has various LED settings as well as your general fish net and food.

The first time I put them together, the red one destroyed the whites ones fins... so no. But some time apart and a bigger home they seem to do fine now. You know how women are.
