Simple Question Here.

So I have a sick Gurami and I was wondering if I could move my female Betta into the 20g and put him in her tank so as to use it as a "hospital" tank.

Here is my question. Will the betta fight with the other Gurami and the Guppies that are in the 20g?

Is there anyway you could put a divider in the 20g? I mean just temporarily so that they betta can be in there without actually having contact with the rest of the tank? Just an idea.

No I put the divider in her tank and placed the Gurami in there, then went a got a pizza. Apparently she got pissed because in the 10 min took me to get the pizza she had some how bypassed the divider and beaten the shit out of the Gurami, and by shit I mean killed.

The Gurami only had a swim bladder issue. So I knew I could divide that tank and put him in there to recoup. The betta that is in there has had swim bladder issues from day one so they would both be getting the same treatment for it.

She just didn't like the idea of a tank mate it guess. At any rate I now know that when I get my sorority going she will NOT be included in it.
