I breed a female veil and a giant 5 star plakat , and most looked like large spade tails ,well they were and yes they have a atittude problem,was going to send him to fish therapy , but he wouldnt lay on couch.
I think a little bit of mean is a good thing. If it didn't have such a large personality, my brother would get bored!
I know it seems silly to love a frog but I love them with all my heart! Is makes me so happy to hear them sing to me at night! Hmm... Imagine seeing your betta sleep in whatever you put in for it. Don't you feel like a good owner? That's how I feel about my frogs. I love knowing that I can do something right! :)
Hola, fellow Redditor! Are you subscribed to r/aquariums, r/plantedtank, and r/bettafish? All of 'em? Cause I totally recommend that you do that.
And I've heard ADFs are cute, but they SING? Ohmigod. I might have to set up another tank in my dorm for those. I miss living near the swamps at home and hearing the frog and cricket chorus every night. So much better than the college-age airhead chorus every night as they come out of the library...

Yep! Subscribed to all three! I recently posted a picture of an angry red betta named Bruce! It's more of a buzzing but there are some good videos on YouTube of it :D
I live right by a retention pond in Florida so frogs and crickets are all I hear all summer long =]
