If she's still around PM AUS for a list of medications available to Australia. I believe she's treated her fish for columnaris before and lnows her Aussie fish meds.

The antibiotic most consistently suggested by experienced aquarists was Kanamyacin (Kanaplex, brand name). It's also broad spectrum, so treats not only gram negative bacteria but also other kinds that may cause secondary infections.
If it was available here, I'd so use it! Sadly, it isn't, so I use Myxazin
He dosn't want to eat, he kind of looks at it but dosn't go for it. I just went up to his tank and he totally spazzed out. He swam at like full speed to behind his plant. I'm not sure if this is a good sign or not...
