my fish's belly looks a little swollen, please help

hello, my name is viri and about a week ago, and we got a molly, a balloon molly and a small harmless fish. they live in a 20 gallon tank together, but there has never been any confrontations. my betta's stomach is looking swollen and maybe a little dark, and it starting to look funny. i thought it might be from overfeeding, since i used to feed him a little bit about 2 times a day. but now, i dont know what to do! here's a picture of him.

Mollys live much longer in brackish water.
Did you quarantine them before putting them all together?
What brand and type of food do you feed the betta?

You can fast him for a day or so and feed him frozen daphnia. it works as a natural laxative.

Looks like a sign of constipation. I suggest that he should go without eating for several days. And then feed him different varieties of food, especially live/frozen foods and gradually get him back to pellets.

To prevent a full belly, I feed my bettas 2 pellets a day. 1 in the morning and 1 at night or 2 at either time.

The amount of pellets to give depends on the brand since each rand is a different size.

I fed my female betta 3 omega one pellets, twice daily and had no bloating what so ever. ( 6 pellets per day)

I feed the same as Teeney. :)

Try fasting for a day, and if his belly doesn't go down, quarantine him and put some epsom salt in the quarantine tank.
