Angry big white patch on the fish & fish became hyperactive

Hi all,

my fish developed with a white patch near the gills( just 2 days back) (Picture attached). Please let me know the treatment.

Fish is very active and eating food properly.

I medicating the fish with Anti itch (blue liquid) and rock salt. Any other suggestion please.

Do a 100% change with no medication in it. Don't treat if you don't know what it is, please. Looks like a tumor or lympho. Please fill this out,

Does your tank have a filter? No
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? No
Is your tank heated? No
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? Single
Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Blood Worms
How often do you feed your betta fish? Dairy twice(morning and Night)

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? Weekly once
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 50%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? de chlorinate

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH: 8.2
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? became very ACTIVE
When did you start noticing the symptoms? 2 day
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? itch liquid, rock salt
Does your fish have any history of being ill? No idea
How old is your fish (approximately)? No idea ( i bought it before 3 months)

OK. Do a 100% change and the new water shouldn't have any medications at all until prescribed. I suggest to put him in a QT tank and treat him there once you know the medications. Bloodworms are only treats and a high quality brand of pellets should be his staple food. (i.e. New Life Spectrum Betta Formula)
Search for "Fish Lympho" in google and see if it matches the problem you have. Contact Sakura8 and listen to what she says. All you can do right now is to make him more comfortable, get IAL or washed dried Oak Leaves and add it to his tank. Good luck!

It is very dangerous disease. whole fish is swollen and the area become rotten (big wound like)... :(:( if the disease comes then try some better medication. it is not looking like bacterial or fung infection...
