I agree that whites are pretty popular but to me a little boring if your breeders only breed white.
I love fish with marble genes because you get a lot of variation in a spawn.
You might want to focus on form; some people will say they like a color and love your fish but won't actually purchase a fish with bad form.

Solids as far as I know are always in demand.

Solid white dragon is rare - they usually turn out platinum.

Solid super black seems to be rare to (specially the HM version) .... at least I haven't seen much of them on this forum.
