I'm happy to say that Hank is looking much better. I have no idea what was, or still may be wrong with him, but what I'm doing now seems to be working.
This was Hank on Tuesday.
He was floating from the top, blowing bubbles. I read on several different pages that my little guy was going to die.
The ends of his fins turned white and clear, and I noticed several small fungus balls on the ends of them. He was clamped up and wouldn't move unless I came to sit beside him. When I did he would swim over and look at me. I put him in a half gallon tank with some fungal medicine and floated him in a tank heated to 82. Yesterday he finally unclamped and stopped his death hang. I'm taking that as a good sign. He is horizontal now, but still isn't eating and seems depressed. I put him in a 10 gallon filled a little less than halfway (by himself of course), but he's just resting on a ledge about an inch from the top. His former tank mate, Penny, is also in isolation and being treated the same way. She seems okay, she's eating, but is a tad clamped up.
I don't know what I did to hurt my little guys, I feel terrible. I'm hoping they make a full recovery.
