Is this Ick?

This morning I woke up to find a small spot on Philip is that ick?
The little white dot? Its not as big as it was this morning.

My neons seem fine.

I pulled all my live plants out a few days ago (they have been dying and I found out my light was not the right kind... its fixed now) My tank has been foggy after I did that and I'm working on getting it back. My fear is I did something wrong. I'm tested the water today on my way to work.

Ick is multiple smaller dots, not just one...it looks like he might have scuffed himself.

If more dots start to appear then you will have to get him started on AQ salt treatment, bump his water temp up to 80-83, and do daily water changes.

It's hard to say from the picture but it looks like it might be an injury. From what I read, ICH doesn't shrink (going by your statement that its not as big as it was in the morning) and usually takes a couple of days to go through its lifecycle. Is that spot raised (i.e., looks like grains of sugar was placed on their scales)?
