Bettas being picky!

My guys all eat omega one pellets soaked. They wont eat bloodworms or any of my other pellets...I like to give them variety but nope, they wont go for it...is it a big deal?

I have a question, why are they soaked? Soaking their food will make the nutrients leech out and no beneficial nutrients for the Betta.

Variety is key in any diet so he might be missing some vitamins. Did you try the garlic juice trick on any of them?

About 2 weeks ago Pho Phan looked bloated after having some dry floating pellets...I posted about it and read up a bit...many people said I could try soaking the pellets for a minute before hand so they dont swell in his belly and cause bloat or SBD. All my guys are double tails and ive also heard they are more prone to SBD so ever since then ive been soaking them and no one has appeared even the least bit bloated...is it not right?

Hm... He really needs the nutrients. How many pellets did you feed him when you didn't soak them?

That seems to be a lot. Try feeding 1 pellet 2x a day. I think that should help... They're going to need to eat those for their own health.
