Which aquaclear to choose?

I am planning on upgrading my filter for an aquaclear and am trying to decide if I want to go with the 20 or 30. My concern is having to turn down the filter, the 20 on lowest setting does 33.3 gph and the 30 50gph and more media..Does anyone run a 30 on a 10 gallon tank? I'd get a 50 but that may be way overkill and wouldn't want to baffle. Any suggestions will help greatly..If anyone uses a 50 I'd like to hear how that works out for them.

30 works nicely on 10 gallons, that's what i use. and i use the 20 on 5 gallons

At full flow or low?

usually low but i can put it on full at times. it depends on the fish, some bettas are more sensitive to flow than others

Thanks for the info..Thinking of just upgrading to a 20 long and maybe putting 2 30's on it instead of one big one for a bit more circulation.
