I have read all your posts and looked at the pictures but I just have no idea what the problem might be, so he is just not as active and has the spots on him your seeing is ithat right ? Have you been able to check him out with a flash light yet ?

Yes and he stopped making bubble nests. I have not we have 4 flashlights and I can't locate a single one but if I look from underneath him it kinda looks shiny or golden. can I treat him for velevt and if its not will it hurt him?

Bettas will do bubble nest whenever they feel the instinct to reproduce, not because they are happy so stopping for a while is not anything to worry about.
I can't see anything on the picture from the symptoms you described. Are you saying something greenish is peeling off his head that looks like algae? Well, if he is swimming all the time so you can't take a picture, then he at least seems happy

yeah his head has a greenish gray coloration on it that looks almost crusty but sometimes it doesn't look so crusty. Its hard to tell it may just be his color fading I just wanted to know if I should be worried.
