Update: After three weeks

After three weeks I finally had my water tested at Petsmart. They said there was no ammonia, and no appreciable nitrate/nitrite levels. I guess the plants, ghost shrimp, and snails are all doing their job keeping King Puffs tank clean. Only problem I've really had so far is with the shrimp ... 24 shrimp plus three weeks and all I only have 8 shrimp left. I don't think King Puff is eating them. Any suggestions?
