Help please!!

so I set up my girls new tank 3 or 4 days ago, I let the water sit and I conditioned it with special Betta stuff, and my other girl is fine, but Kira has something hanging off her eye! D: Yesterday she was totally ve been so cautious with them and Id be so heart broken if something happened to my girls, Shes normally colored, and there's no difference between the two girl`s tank, but only the one girl has this! I cant get a picture right now because my camera is dead, My mom said its probably phenomia spike, But I conditioned the water? she a bit of problems going up to get air but then she swims fine, its just when she swimming up she goes off to the side a bit, I'll charge my camera and try to get a picture, but, I don't understand, how could this happen over night? Please help I don't want anything to happen to my girl :( Im able to go to a petstore tomorrow, what can I get to help? and I was planning on dividing the tank to put my Male in with her, should I not do that now?

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed?Yes, She looks a bit like shes shedding, and has something on her eye
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Slightly less active and resting more, But still really active
When did you start noticing the symptoms? This morning, ( two hours ago )
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? No
Does your fish have any history of being ill? No
How old is your fish (approximately)? some where around 3-5 months,

Their in two different tanks, Should I move kira to a smaller tank? (Hospital tank?)

OH about the temperature, the tank is at about 76

That looks like a tumor. DON'T remove it. Take her to the vet if you want, but shes probably going to... D....i...e.

WHOA!! Looks like a tumor as Mermaid said or even Popeye... Get her into a QT tank and add in some IAL or washed dried oak leaves until you get prescribed with a treatment from OFL or Sakura, sorry..

You really need to do more water changes and need to know the temperature... It's really important to get the params great to avoid illness.

Then it's not a tumor... I'm sure it's Popeye. But the bloated area isn't really that translucent like I'm used to seeing it as. Did you contact OFL or Sakura8 yet..?

Try to test the water with liquid testers.
