My betta has a bump

My fish has a lump. He's recently been sucked to the side of the filter, Not sure if that's why but what can I do for him? Is it a "boo boo" or a tumor? Or a parasite?

By the way, He's had it for 2 days.
I've been doing 30% waterchanges every day and did a full water change today.

How old is your fish (approximately)? I've had him for approx a year
