I have them, I'm planning to try to feed them to my fry in addition to live foods. I think I read somewhere that they are made of the yolk in baby brine shrimp eggs, which is highly nutritious, even more than brine shrimp themselves. They are 60% protein and 16% fat, which is right where you want to be with betta food. It's primarily used to feed to fry and juvenile fish and shrimp.
Gouramis and Bettas are both in the family antibodie probably spelling it wrong there are not as many color morphs as B.Splendens.
