Does Lucy Have a Parasite?

Hi, Lucy's my female round tail. I've had her for a few months now. She has recently been pooping white. Not stringy white poop, but normal red colored poop with white segments at the end. She seems fine to me. She eats the same, swims the same, and is her usual self. However, I am worried that her gills look a little more pink. Also, there's a new pink spot on her head. Not too sure what that's about.
Is this parasitic or fungal?
Would aquarium salt help?
Thanks!

Its not uncommon for females to have white/cream colored poop on occasion due to them either eating their eggs or reabsorbing them-It will resolve on its own. All females have unripe eggs in them that they drop and eat or not or reabsorb them on a regular basis.

Not all white poop mean internal parasites-as well as the absents of white poop means they don't have parasites. Different parasites cause different S/S

Stress and diet change can cause color changes in the fecal matter too.

Since she is otherwise acting her normal self-I wouldn't worry-just observe for now.

You might want to increase water changes to twice weekly 50%...1-50% water only and 1-50% to include the substrate cleaning-unless you have a lot live active growing plants in the tank too.
