Stress Coat is great in that it can be used as a standalone water conditioner or as an additive. So if you want to put a few drops in along with the Prime, that would be okay.

Yeah, I know you had a rough patch with your fish a while back so I can totally understand you wanting to be prepared.

Well the meds came late.... but I saved it and I am being a little anal bout him... but I dont want to loose any one of my babies that that ever again :( and yeah I will add a few drops I have stress coat coming out the wazoo

goodluck! I cant find that thread where te betta fihie had mysterious spots that would leave holes in the fins.... sorry! I was looking :(

Bad news: He ended up contracting some sort of ich (after the net soak failed me and my friend used it on her walmart fish) that is surviving against the maracide >.> There are two more days in his treatment but its still there. Walmart has this amazing ability for making all sorts of problems more resilient. Its not just on him its on one of my growing babies and some other freshwater fish. Whats better then maracide in treating ich?

Good news: the spot on his fin is still bloody but healing just a little bit, its about halfway gone now... hopefully it will grow back in soon.

ich.... increase temps to 86+ a bit.
it stops the ich from repoducing apparently. add a bit of aquarium salt to help relieve the itch.

I'm sorry that you are having so many fishie problems :(

Temps been moved up and its okay he probably was more stressed then I thought after being shipped :( I blame myself...
