Just because someone has more posts than someone else doesn't make them an expert on fish or fishcare. Also, just because someone has only been a member here for a few months does not mean that they don't know what they're talking about when they give advice in the disease section.

On the My Little pony forum I visit, they also have a feedback section for buying and trading items. People then can check out your reputation before they buy/sell or trade with you

Just PM the seller.
If there was no limit on posting, not only would there be a gazillion people posting there, but more than likely many of them would be scammers and trolls.
