I dont know what it is

So I just got back from visiting home and was gone for about 4 days. Today was the first time ive had a chance to look at my fish and one of my fish has red between the pectoral fins. Its like kinda open and little spikes are coming out of it. Its where the ovipositiver is or where they poop. The fish is moving around but I need to take a better look at the activity. Anyone might have a clue what this is?

I see your post is a couple of days old now. Were you able to figure out what it was? Is your fish alright? :)

Yes I did thank you. It turned out to be camallanus worms :/ But I bought medicine in flake form from a website, they were the only ones i could find that contain the meds i needed. One contains fenbendazole and another with levamisole. Hope it works
