5 gal fry tank empty

soon my 5 gal fry tank will be empty. i am thinking of getting a betta? not sure what i can put in 5 gal? have anacharis going crazy. fake driftwood, soon to be malaysian driftwood. some java fern & water wisteria.2 or 4 tiger nerite snails. what else could i put in 5 gal? have heater & hob filter.

if you're leaning away from a regular domesticated betta, why not put an imbellis in there?

there are a few differences in their care than domesticated splendens, i know there are some members here who keep a lot of wilds who could give you the specifics, but my understanding is that they're no more difficult, just different. i've personally been wanting a few for myself (due to their docile nature, it's possible to keep them in tanks together provided there's enough space, cover and the ratio is at least two females per male)
