Samwise, the proudest spit-architect in the land!

just look at the size of that thing! you can see his little fishy pride right on his face:



it's always so interesting to see how meticulous they are about each bubble's placement. he'll swim in circles several times around the nest, looking at it from every angle, and then VERY carefully place his next bubble. i've sometimes seen him do it for hours on end, only taking a break if it's mealtime and he sees the jar of foody bits coming his way :)

Quasar could use lessons! Silly boy has been in the spawning tank since yesterday, and I guess they've decided to just be friends. Grrr...

Aquarius never makes bubblenests, not that he needs to, he's pretty but a far cry from breeder quality. Still would love to him him invent some cool bubblenests just for fun.
