I thought you all would like to see these!

I realize I haven't posted on here in a while about Blitz lately, so I thought I might as well put up some pictures of Blitz I took yesterday.

Very lovely betta, tank, and photos. Are the driftwood pieces real wood or fake wood decor?

Haha, thank you :). I'm still working on the tank, the corkscrew val needs to grow in more. I'm hoping the added cover will help stop his tail biting! And Aurora, the driftwood is real! It is very good at doing that annoying thing where new driftwood gets that clear/white fuzz on it.

Is it the blod-o-fuzz or the tons of tiny threads fuzz? Blob-o can be scrubbed off with a new clean toothbrush and siphoned out (or remove the wood and scrub it, boiling helps but doesn't 100% prevent it).

It's all the blob stuff, I used a toothbrush on it last night actually! I didn't notice how dull it made my driftwood until I got it off.

Nice tank! I'm gave up fighting the blob stuff with mine. Even after boiling for 2+ hours it still came back.

Thank you! And yeah, basically everyone I talk to says that you just have to let it run its course. It'll go away after a few weeks, apparently.
