So my girl is a jumper and after her debacle a month ago, I've covered every square micron of openings on her tank. She still jumps often especially trying to catch water droplets on her lid.
Last night, I went to check on her before I went to bed (I always do, just in case she figured out how to jump out) and the way I shined the flashlight on her tank really highlighted the droplets on her lid so that she thought she should go after them. She would get herself completely vertical, push her mouth out of the water, almost to her eyes. Then for the cute part, she would wiggle her tail furiously back and forth, then she would slightly back up and then take a small leap to about the midway point of her body, not quite high enough to bump her head on the lid, to go after the droplet. It was the cutest thing watching her wiggle her tail like that before she jumped
. Sometime I'll try to get it on video.
