can you delete your account?

I use the same name and password on several fish forum accounts and I have an issue with a hacker on a different site, I really would like to change all my names and passwords. I dont know why the person thinks it funny and wastes their time on messing with other people things but appearently they find it entertaining and theyre getting me in trouble. Im changing all my names and passwords and was just curious if there was a way to change the name and password or delete and recreate an account...:/
