A question about transferring plants..

So, the other week, I bought some plants for one of my Betta tanks, but it died -_- anyhow.. I'm thinking of transferring all the plants I had in a tank that I kept my axolotls in, and I was wondering if they would be okay in my Betta tank? They can stand both warm and cold, but i'm wandering if it would, like, make my Betta sick? Should I just wash them? I've never transferred plants before. Thanks :)

Bettas are tropical and Anxotols like cold water some plants like Java moss so I would vote no putting them in a completely different envirement.

i doubt there would be any real issues if the plants you have can tolerate different temperatures. You may see some die off as they adjust.

It depends on species most will completly die off in a different temp range colder water has more ozygen plus there will be a big difference in temp between tanks.

that's why i said if the plants can tolerate it, some may die off, some may die back and regrow as it adjusts to the new environment.

I don't know the names of them but I've been told they're okay in both. But I don't mind if they're going to die off but would it be safe for the fish if I transfer?

Not the plants, but I mean like, if I washed the plants I used in the same tank as the axolotls would it be safe to use in the tank with one of my bettas? hygiene wise? I've never transferred lol
