Compatible Fish Questons

Hey guys!I currently own a 38 gallon tank with one female betta and 8 male guppies.I also have a female betta in a divided section in the tank as well.They all seem to be doing great and I was wondering if there were other compatible fish to keep as well.I really like platys but I am open to any suggestions.I also don't want to overcrowd my tank so if you guys give a suggestion,telling me how many fish to get would be great.Thanks!

Keep an eye out for your Betta and the guppies. Betta can chase the guppies and rip their tails and guppies can bite the Betta tails too lol.

Thanks moonsand0wls!My female betta used to be in a divided section with the guppies but it got out.I have been watching her for several weeks and haven't seen any aggression but I make sure to remove her if I see any.
