Smile Baby Betta Help! Identify? Advice?

I just splurged and bought myself a new Betta for my birthday - she/he is a little guy. I've had my number of Bettas but never a baby! Would anyone like to divulge some advice for me? ANY advice at all!

Here he/she is:

What tail type do you think? Gender?

Thanks!

Tail and gender are hard to tell this young. I have raised a baby and plan to rescue a few more so I can give you some tips on what helped with my girl.

Tank size: 2.5-3
Temp:83-85
Food: New life spectrum betta pellet (small), frozen or live brine shrimp, frozen chopped up bloodworm and blackworm.
Cleaning: 3 times a week, 2 50% and one 100%
Feed 3 times a day
And keep out of high traffic area's to reduce stress.

Can you tell what color it will be?

I bought Hikari baby betta food, since I use Hikari for my adults. And how much do I feed 3 times a day? One pellet each or something? /feelingdumb XD;;

Depending on size I did 3 pellets 3 times a day. As for color I am seeing red already so I'm thinking he/she will def have red on the fins. As for body not sure yet, the color can change as they grow up as well. What I did was took a flashlight and shine it on the body (avoid the eyes). Sometimes they shine under the brighter light and give you a good idea.

My girls started out blue herself and is now turning into a blackish purple hue.
