Recommended companies for online plant buying

As so many people are getting into planted tanks around here, and many need to purchase online, I thought it'd be a good idea to have thread where people can share --positive-- experiences with online companies to help avoid scams and the like.

Please make sure to say what country and state you are in, to help folks in your area find a good deal!

Here's my first recommendation:

My country/state: Victoria, Australia

Purchases: Darwin algae shrimp, Waterhouse snails, Blonde snails, plant food
Delivery time: Pretty darned quick!
Prices/packaging: Cheaper than the LFS for sure. Packaging was brilliant, nothing leaked, all secure.
Livestock/plant arrival condition: All alive and well, some shrimp were berried, and I was given double what I ordered, very generous!
Problems/complaints: Their stock is sometimes a bit limited depending on the season.
Notes: I have heard nothing but good things about this company, and my personal experience has been great. Dave is a nice bloke! They sell a lot of native plants, fish and inverts, which I love, as well as exotic plants. I am looking forward to plant purchases for my next planted tank.

Prices/packaging: Actual plant prices are good but shipping is $10 or so

I got moss from them a few times. Not sure they can legally import plants into the USA but I still order moss from them. SInce they are in Asia it takes like 3 weeks to get the item. Not always good for some plants
