Usually around the 12 week mark you can start conditioning them.. can't really tell the age of yours by their picture but they look like they are old enough.
I would condition them for a couple of weeks before you do attempt- they do not look ready to be bred at this point but in a few weeks with proper conditioning they should be fine.

The female in my avatar is just over 3 months, and is in the process of being conditioned for breeding in a couple of weeks. She is approx 1.12 inches give or take some (don't have ruler near me and she is moving too much atm to be helpful lol)

If you don't know their age, 2.5 - 3cm body only (no fins) is safe to breed. We can't tell age from pictures. . . . sorry, should of said; I can't tell age from pictures. LOL

The caudal implies that she may be a PK. But her anal and dorsal are way too long for a PK. So she could be a long finned delta.
The last picture is a PK; compare their fin lengths.

I don't think so. Feather tails I know of have different pattern (?). Your female's fins look normal/regular.
